Freshservice ITAM is licensed through Asset Units (AUs). This metric measures ITAM capacity based on the number and type of assets managed in the Freshservice CMDB.
Different asset types consume different numbers of AUs: for example, a server, virtual machine or network device consumes four AUs, while a desktop, mobile device or SaaS user consumes one AU. Asset Units are purchased in packs of 500. We are happy to advise you on the right allocation.
